I ate nothing but tagliatelle and yoghurt until I was 17, when I tried crispy seaweed and realised that all sorts of things could be nice.

Now I write about food and travel for the Sunday Times, Lucky Peach, Foodism, The Pool, Eater, Food52 and other fortunate fruits.
