I’m the author of CARBS, a peachy, starchy celebration of carbohydrates, which I think you might like.

I am officially Grazia’s Snack Correspondent™. I write a weekly column which covers kale dips, caponata, banana splits, strawberry sandwiches, popcorn seasonings and what-not. It’s a lot of fun. I also write or have written for the Sunday Times, Foodism, Eater London, Food52, Refinery29, The Pool (RIP) and Lucky Peach (RIP).

I won the YBF food writing award for my blog sheisbutters.com, which is asleep.  Shh.
